I will be kin to a cat owner soon. This past weekend my brothers Eiger started blowing the ignition fuse out. I tore the thing apart and checked all of the wires from the ignition into the wireing harness but couldn't find any problem wires. Didn't have the time to tear the whole thing apart and troubleshoot so we took it over to the local Cat dealer (only a few miles away) for them to take a look at it.
Then I think I talked my brother into getting a new Cat. Tried to talk him into a 500 but they have a camo 400 ready to go and he liked the camo so that's the one. Actually all he needs is the 400 for the puttsing around he does. Don't know if he is keeping the Eiger, sellling it, or trading it. Does anyone know if the wheels off of the Eiger will fit the Cat or will the offset be different? He has a set of bighorns on the Eiger that would be nice to have on the Cat.

Jim,
If he takes the tires off the wheels and puts them on the cat wheels they will fit. But as for bolt patterns there different.. UKI is 4 /110 cat is 4 /115. Are you goingto make it to the mudbog on the 5'th?

Can't make this mud bog cause that is the day of the firemans parade and last day of the local carnival in Benton. There are usually a couple dozen different fire companies in the parade, first trip around town they throw out candy for the kids then second trip around the water starts flowing. Promised my daughter that we would join in the battle this year so I have 800 water balloons to fill up for the battle.
Actually it would be a fun parade to enter, hook a trailer full of baloons up to a four wheeler and throw candy the first trip then battle the next trip around. Good cheap exposure for a club, I always see a truck mud bog advertized during the parade.

Jim, Maybe you could talk the people who run the truck mud bog into having one for atv's as well.

If I can find the right person to talk to that's not a bad idea. They hold it at a fire station so I imagine they wouldn't have a problem with it because I am sure they get a portion of the entry fees.

Well I've had the new sink sitting in the basement for 7 years now and the cabinets have been in the garage since March. It was pretty scarry taking the cabinets out today. Found the stove hood with a wire out of it going through a hole in the sheetrock them coming out another hole and plugged into a socket. Took one electrical outlet out so I could remove the backsplash and the entire 10 by 2 foot section of covered 3/4 inch plywood fell! I was wondering why they had large nails holding the receptacle into the box.

My brother called me tonight...he's got the 400 Cat home. Guess he is going to sell the Eiger, the cat dealer said he should get $2500 for it.

He's going to put the 25" bighorns from the Eiger wheels and put them on the stock wheels. I'll have to look for a cheap set of wheels to mount the stock tires back onto for spares.
Mark..Do they make a hitch for the receiver where he can put a ball on it and also have a loop for attaching a hook onto. This should be all in one attachment.

Dan,
There are 26 inch brand new Bugs on the honda.. Anyway you would like to trade? I'll run it by Jeannette if it's a thought.
